Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and accessing SkillsUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantum Executives regarding your use of the SkillsUp platform.

SkillsUp is a digital self-assessment platform comprising 6 structured modules designed to help professionals identify their transferable skills, clarify their values, and build a career direction. The service includes:

• Access begins immediately upon payment. The subscription renews automatically every 3 months at €499 unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• A personalised summary generated upon completion of all modules
• Platform available in English, French, German, Luxembourgish, Spanish, and Portuguese

Access to SkillsUp requires a payment of €499 (or the current price displayed at checkout), billed every 3 months on a recurring basis until cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

The initial payment is final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept our No-Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. The digital nature of the product means that once access is provided, the right of withdrawal under consumer protection regulations does not apply.

Your purchase grants you personal, non-transferable access to SkillsUp for as long as your subscription remains active.

• Access is strictly personal — you may not share your login credentials or account with others
• You may access the platform from any device using your email address
• Modules must be completed sequentially, with every question answered, before the next module unlocks. Each module also becomes available no sooner than 1 week after the previous module's unlock date, even if completed earlier.
• Your assessment answers are stored locally in your browser and are not recoverable if you clear browser data

Your subscription renews automatically every 3 months at €499 unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you are charged for a renewal and cancel within 7 calendar days, we will refund that renewal charge in full. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

All content, materials, questions, methodologies, and frameworks within SkillsUp are the intellectual property of Quantum Executives. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Your assessment answers are your own personal data. You retain full ownership of the content you create within the platform.

SkillsUp is a self-assessment tool designed to facilitate personal reflection. It does not constitute professional career counselling, psychological advice, or a guarantee of employment outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Executives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SkillsUp if we reasonably believe you are misusing the platform, sharing your access with others, or violating these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
