We collect the following personal data when you use SkillsUp:

• Contact data: Email address
• Payment data: Transaction records processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
• Assessment data: Your answers to the 6 assessment modules
• Usage data: Subscription status, access period, language preference

• Providing and managing your access to SkillsUp
• Sending account-related emails (e.g. login links, subscription confirmations)
• Processing payments via Stripe
• Complying with our legal obligations

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing necessary to provide the assessment service you purchased
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): where you have expressly consented at the point of purchase

We share your data with the following third parties, solely to provide the service:

• Stripe Inc. — payment processing. Your payment data is handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy)
• Supabase Inc. — authentication and database hosting for your account and subscription records
• Resend — delivery of account-related transactional emails

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

• Assessment data: 3 years from the date of purchase, or until you request deletion
• Payment records: 7 years, as required by financial regulations

After the retention period, your data is securely deleted from our active systems.
