General Terms and Conditions

SkillsUp is a digital career self-assessment platform operated by Quantum Executives (Luxembourg). Access to the platform and its 6 assessment modules is provided for as long as your subscription remains active.

Upon payment, you receive access to the SkillsUp platform for a recurring period of 3 months, automatically renewing at €499 unless cancelled before the renewal date. Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Modules must be completed sequentially, with every question answered, before the next module unlocks. Each module also becomes available no sooner than 1 week after the previous module's unlock date, even if completed earlier.

All prices are stated in euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing your purchase you accept the applicable price and these general conditions. All sales are final — please refer to our No-Refund Policy for details.

All content on the SkillsUp platform — including module texts, assessments, and design — is the exclusive property of Quantum Executives and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the platform.

Your personal data (name, email, assessment responses) is collected solely for the purpose of providing the service and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). Data is not sold to third parties.

Quantum Executives provides this platform on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
