Cancellation Policy

SkillsUp is a subscription product that renews every 3 months at €499. This page explains how to cancel, what happens when you do, and how our 7-day renewal refund window works.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, instantly, from your account page (log in, then go to "Manage subscription"). No need to email us — the cancellation takes effect immediately and you can resume before your access ends if you change your mind.

• Your access continues until the end of your current 3-month period
• You will not be charged again
• Your progress is always yours to keep

If you are charged for a renewal and cancel within 7 calendar days of that charge, we will refund the renewal amount (€499) in full.

To request a renewal refund: email us at contact@quantum-executives.com within 7 days of the charge, including your payment receipt. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Your first €499 payment is non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon payment. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

We will send you reminder emails 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before your subscription renews. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Renewal reminders are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
